Frustrated
This adapter worked great but not used it for a little while, tried to use it today and it obviously needs an upgrade, however my historic version isn’t on there S360T06HV001 so adapter is useless. Tried app support and can’t get English version if there is someone reading these reviews from the company I would appreciate some help 🥵🥵🥵Show lessJeannie50

Worst product ever.
I bought two, with one as a gift. But upon opening the box, there might as well not have been instructions than what was included. First, you need a magnifying glass just to try to read it. Then, the broken English doesn’t make sense. The fine print shows compatibility for iOS 8-10. I’ve tried every combination with my iPhone 11 with iOS 14.1. The monitor and/or tv sticks on the barcode. (I’ve tried multiple monitors and TVs.) instructions say to go to developer mode. Not everyone can access developer mode easily. I would give this device a negative number if I could since I can’t get double my money back for the products purchased and my wasted time!Show lessn1diver
Basically trash
Trash connector only works with some apps and has significant lag. It overheats quickly too and you must have the charger cable connection for it to work (the instructions are terrible and the app is terrible as well) seriously bad product don’t buy it’s not worth it buying something functional but barely so and could let you down at any moment or not work with most apps you have.Show lessAzah Cleans

Not worth the money. Wouldn’t play prime or Netflix. Didn’t work without power cord to it. I went bought a apple one, everything work without using power cord.richbeit
Doesn’t work with iOS 14
The firmware is outdated, does not support iOS 14. All I see on TV is a barcode that takes me to this app.A3chen
NFI if it’s working
You have to select a version to update from a list of what seems to be random pictures and numbers with no way to confirm if what you select actually works. This app “came” with the HDMI/lightning/USB cable I bought, the cables not working and I don’t know if this thing is working or not. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. It actually works!
Honestly, I didn’t think this would work - my adapter certainly wasn’t! However, I decided to give it a go. The process for finding the right driver software is tedious, it needs a search facility. However, I eventually found one that looked like an upgrade to the suggested one and I installed it. So far, looks good. My iPad and phone connect to the large screen immediately, with no problems. The iPad is especially good as it has more “landscape” apps. Fingers crossed!Show lessSuzie4964
Works just fine with iPhone8
I received my device and plugged it in. The device mirrored my iPhone 8 right away. I was watching a video and noticed that the video was slowly falling behind the audio. After about 10 mins of viewing the video lagged the audio by about 2 mins. I then performed the needed upgrade then tried again. This time the video worked perfectly. The lag was gone and the audio and video were in sync.Show lessZhtonru
Works Good.
You must use the device WITH power. Use the app and select the configuration for your dongle/cable, update drivers on your phone/iPad. Then select to ”trust” the computer connected to your iPhone/iPad. it works for me - iPhone 11 iOS 14.Roburt01
