Ocean Hues
Our family came for a long weekend. This was such a pleasant surprise! We like to cook. We were blown away by this marvelous kitchen! It was as good as our own home kitchens. We never expected to find a vacation home with a lemon zester, with a good frying pan! Thank you.
The bedrooms were very comfortable. Not one couple who was used to sleeping in a king-sized bed had to be reduced to a lesser sized bed. That was such a relief.

Palm Harbor
Absolutely lovely vacation. Immaculate, wide open floor plan and really large kitchen. We had three generations and loved the balcony for morning coffee and the island stove for group cooking since we didn’t eat out a lot due to Covid. There is a huge dock with plenty of room for our two boats and a short drive to the Atlantic. There was also good snapper fishing in Tavernier Creek. Just a note about the owner and the Keys Holiday Rental: We had an ac unit fail and they took care of it by replacing the unit immediately. We have never had such a quick response and we have been visiting the Keys every year since the 80’s. Only improvement would be to sleep 10 and add a bait freezer and ice maker. Wonderful vacation.

Disappointing
We have stayed at The Ranch on 3 other occasions and have been so impressed by the condos. This trip was disappointing. Our condo needs updating so badly. Several wall outlets didn’t work. Dishes were dirty- we had to scrub the pots and pans before we used them. There was trash in the light fixture and trash left on the bedside table. We had to pay extra for covid cleaning, which obviously wasn’t done - or these issues would have been taken care of prior to our arrival. Our next trip to steamboat will take place somewhere else.

Condo was beautiful...
Condo was beautiful... resort was not!! I had read reviews about the elevators but thought how bad could it be!! The wait times were up to an hour or more. If you had your luggage and wanted to check out in the morning and had to be at the airport.... forget it!!! A couple waited for an 1 hour and 15 to get there luggage in elevator. 1 of the pools was closed, had construction on the main walkway to the smallest gift shop I’ve ever been in. Work out facility was never open. The restaurant was a joke ( had maybe 6 tables) and no interest in being busy. I feel horrible for condo owners that live there. Weather was awesome and beach was beautiful.

App doesn’t work
When I open the app, I type in my email and the check-in date. In both type fields, the text is invisible. I only can be sure the letters I typed are there by copying the blank looking space and pasting it into another app or text editor. After entering my invisible text for email and check-in date, I click sign in and just get a message of invalid information.
I tried the desktop version, which only opens on my computer and not my phone, and entered the exact same information, and it logged in fine.

Beuerlein Family Spring Break
We have just returned from a week at the Coral Reef home on Seven Mile Beach. We were there on Spring Break with our three children their spouses and our four grandchildren! It was the second time to rent the wonderful home.
While the world was spinning with constant Covid-19 updates we used the time to create great memories of sandcastles, shelling, snorkeling both day and night, scuba diving, Stingray City, paddle boarding, sea kayaking, great restaurants, visiting chefs, daily ping pong and pool, walks along the beach and beautiful sunsets!
We were scheduled to stay another six days but when they announced the airport was closing to commercial flights through May 1st we had to leave early. So while the fun was cut short we find ourselves sitting at home self quarantined looking forward to rescheduling the time again next year!
Everyone had a great time! The home continues to be a big crowd pleaser and it’s fun to see our young grandchildren becoming more comfortable with the sea!
Thanks to Peggy and her great staff for the daily care of the home and for their help in navigating the stress of leaving the island prematurely. We will be back!

Poipu Kai Manualoha in Kauai
Beautifully decorated accommodation, very clean and everything was in perfect working order. The lush landscape around our ground floor lanai and beautiful bird song gives it a secluded almost jungle feel within a peaceful, quiet resort area. The resort grounds are beautifully landscaped and groomed immaculately. Easy walk to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We would definitely book again.

Needs a lot of improvements
There are a lot of bugs in this app, and this is written after they supposedly fixed bugs. I can’t see what I’m typing when I input info in the app. It closes on me often, for no reason. It will not connect to my contacts to invite others, even though it has permission. The app leaves a lot to be desired. What little information it does provide is not the best. I’ll use this app strictly for my rental info, but look eleswhere for trip suggestions and area information.
