Great house & great location
The house accommodated all ten of us perfectly! It would’ve been nice if the ice machine and vacuum cleaner would’ve worked. However, I realize those things probably get lots of use in a house like that and it’s not an easy task to maintain all of the appliances. I’m sure if we had contacted the rental company, they would have sent someone out but we chose not to mess with that. Also, our check-in time was 4:00pm and they were still cleaning our house well after that time, so our check-in time was delayed.

Stunning views!
Beautiful ocean views, clean inside and very spacious! The decor is very tropical and inviting. The kitchen is fully stocked w pots and pans etc and they even left us a welcome package of coffee, cookies, candy and water. The area is close to everything in Kapaa. The condo has pool towels included, boogie boards and beach chairs. The lanai is perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Also the grocery store is across the street. This place is a must stay. You won’t want to leave.

Sand Dollar
I made the mistake of renting other houses the last three years in frisco/hatteras area. My family has rented Sand Dollar many times in the past. I should have known better to try something else. The house is well equipped and has first class accommodations. The owners keep up with replacing things. The house is awesome and I highly recommend it to others. The walk to the beach may be a bit much for some with little ones but I found it not bad at all for a senior citizen. Not cheap but worth every penny!

Milligan/Irwin vacation June 2019
We (Milligan’s) have been coming to the Moorings since 2004. Usually in December but this time brought sister and brother in law who have never been to Sanibel. It’s always a great time here. Everything is kept up so nice- gardens beautiful. Now they are Sanibel lovers too. It was so fun to show them all that the Moorings have to offer and all the wonderful things about Sanibel Island. Miss having our daughter and her family with us. But we had great time.

Likely Useless
This is a review of the actual app, not a review of the rental company I worked with. The app developer can’t do anything about the crap rental companies do.
The only reason I installed this app was to get push notifications from my rental company. That didn’t work. At all. I opened up the app, and no messages. After force-killing the app and reloading, the (two day old) messages showed up, but no notifications.
I didn’t try any of the other features of this app. There are plenty of apps I already use for discovering things to do, eat, and experience on vacation.

Stayed at 45 Windancer
We really enjoyed staying at the house. It’s very private & clean. It’s also only a 2 or 3 minute walk to the beach. The associates at Frangista Beach Properties were very attentive and kept in touch with us before we arrived and though out the stay offering assistance with anything we needed. Our family will certainly be staying here for years to come. Thank you for your hospitality and making sure my family had a great vacation!

Pinnacle Port C3-102
We had a great time and 4 days of simply beautiful weather(2 days of not so great but still it’s the beach). If you stay in this unit make sure the property managers&owners have replaced the washer/dryer combo. We had no dryer and that sucked. It didn’t go out while we were there, it didn’t work when we checked in. They did give us the key to unit C1-101 but that dryer to FOREVER to dry and took the best part of a whole day to dry 3 loads of towels and 3 loads of clothes. Not at all what we paid for and considered when booking a condo.

Unit 208 Madeira Norte
Location of this condo was great. It was adequate for our stay but definitely requires a cosmetic update such as a fresh coat of paint ,new bedding and lighter window coverings as it was dark. Loved the balcony as it was large and did have an ocean view from the side. The main complaint at Maderia Norte is the use of keys for the elevator/stairs, the pool(to get in and out) the gate to the beach and of course the unit. There are three different keys in a set and quite a nuisance to always carry a set with you. Its time to UPDATE to KEYPADS. Overall a good stay and would stay again if some updates were done!!

The Artist Loft...
Omg!!! What a Great place!.. the perfect place for two or the whole family... my sister and I just spent 3 days there.. Judi spares no expense... she covered All the bases... full kitchen, lots of bedrooms to choose from which are all comfy and very cozy! Full size washer and dryer.. a beautiful huge deck to lounge around or have a nice outdoor dining experience with a fantastic view!..or watch the sun go down..easy to get around town and do what you enjoy..a must see and stay!.. thanks Judi, we’ll be back!,Karan D.

Hurricane rebooking
Our family also went the same time as the last reviewer went but we had a different experience. We also had to leave after two nights and even though I did buy the insurance we did not have to use it. The management allowed us to use the balance of our time for the same unit in May we are going at a different time to avoid hurricanes and red tide. We did not have any problem getting the credit and were not asked about our insurance. We couldn’t be happier with how this situation was handled
