My browse copay link doesn’t work. It gets stuck in the application as white screen forever.
Has potential but needs improvement.
Just started with Bind this year. App closed before me and couldn’t get back in for days. Needs to have pharmacies and DME companies listed plus common DME devices. Have called and still not able to get a straight answer on DME providers. This will cause a major delay in getting vital medical supplies.

Blank screen when searching for providers in an area
Blank white screen or attempts to send me to providers two hours away and advises none near by are in my network. But when searching individuals by name it pops up.
App has flaws
I’ve had this app since 1/1/20, I’ve tried to use it everyday at this point to get familiar with it. I have yet to get anywhere with it. As soon as I select a specialty it goes to a white screen and nothing happens. If this is how you’re planning to do business, this can’t happen. This has me regretting leaving my other plan option. Poor app.

Can’t load
I never write reviews but I have been so disappointed with the bind app. When I try to look up pricing for specific medical specialities it just goes all white and freezes forever. Very frustrating.
Great info on provider cost
This app has a lot of useful features. One of them is the ability to see how much a doctors visit will cost.

Claim line items don’t display
With the new app update, I am linked to the “share” options (email, messaging, social media, etc) when I select a line item within claims menu. Please fix to display claims information for respective line item.
Best health plan I’ve ever had
How refreshing to actually search and see the price of care upfront; no surprises! This is the way all health plans should operate. Everything about it is simple and intuitive. Thank you, Bind!

Love it! Simple to use and great support
Helpful, but not always correct
I enjoy the app as it has been helpful and sometimes correct, but it doesn’t always provide correct info. I’m glad the call center is so helpful too.
