  • PLEASE FIX THE APP

    I’m not sure what’s going on with the app but it hasn’t been working since they updated it and it’s super annoying because I can’t login into my app anymore like I use to, I like to keep track of how much I spent etc… the app is really good and I have no other problems except for this one. So as a user that’s been on the app for 3 years please fix this issue I keep thinking that my card isn’t working anymore.

  • What is going on

    I used the app a lot because it was very helpful to me and when I scanned the foods that’s what I loved I don’t have to keep looking for what food are Wic approved or not …. All of a sudden I got logged out and I try all types of steps to login back in but nothing is working keeps saying my password is incorrect but I changed it to make sure I’m putting new password and I just gave up I cannot use it anymore it needs to get fixed I went online to use the app and now it saying something about the state not allowing me to use the application like what is going on I hope this gets fix asap this is the second month that I’m not able to use my Wic !

  • Error

    This app almost never works, here in Illinois. It was good when it was good but recently it’s been signing me out every four minutes, the scanner barely works. And there’s always errors logging in. I’ve had to change my password 5 times and it’s only been two months
  • Remove second step verification

    The app keeps logging me out in the store and making login again and do the second step text message (or call option) verification. I have to scan products to see if they qualify, and keep logging in with two screaming babied that I need to keep my eyes and focus on.
  • Terrible after update!!!

    So this app was pretty neat at first. I mean it wasn’t completely accurate when it came to what you can and cannot get on WIC but other than that it was very convenient. Well after the update (if I’m not mistaken, it was required) it said my password was wrong so I followed the steps to change it and now it keeps giving me an error message. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling twice & tried everything else I could think of & nope!! I really wish they’d fix this.

  • Frustrated

    Keeps saying “unknown error, try again” when I try to log in. I thought maybe I forgot my password so I went to change it and the app wasn’t able to process the change. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and I’m still having the same problem. I’m able to login through an internet browser just fine but the app was the only way I was able to track how much benefits I’ve actually used so I’m extremely aggravated especially since I’m already guessing half the time what I’m actually allowed to get because the app will say something’s approved and it’s not or it’ll say something isn’t approved and then it will be.

  • After the update stopped loading

    It’s such a bummer , I liked this app, liked the scanning option. But after the update I cannot login into my account, it gives me the error message. No matter what I tried , it’s not possible to log in. Please, revert everything to the working version
  • Worked until update

    I had no issues until recently. I actually really enjoyed the app up until this point. I was unable to login, and got an error message in the app that my login info was wrong. I ended up trying to change my password in the app, but it wouldn't accept my password even though it met all criteria. I then tried to update my password in a browser, which was successful - until I actually went to try and login. Error messages when logging in on the app and in browser. At this point, the app is absolutely useless to me. Like others have pointed out, there is no contact number online-only the number on the card, and you cant get any assistance pertaining to these issues. Please fix this ASAP.

  • AWFULLY ANNOYING

    I live in Illinois. I keep trying to reset my password and it keeps giving an error message bubble popping up saying “unknown error, please try again”. I did this for HOURS yesterday. I finally tried the online site instead of the app andit said I can only reset my password 5 times in an hour. The password reset codes never came to my email. They finally came all at once!! I tried again well after an hour and got the same message. Fast forward to today. An ENTIRE DAY LATER, and I still get the SAME ERROR MESSAGE. It says to call the number on the back of the card but there is no human on the number. Only options to choose from pertaining to the card! The other number is the fraud hotline. I’m very frustrated and disappointed!!!

  • Too many issues.

    I am really glad an app was created so that we would no longer have to use paper vouchers. But I am not impressed and there are so many issues with this app that need to be resolved. It tells me that I can get things in the fruits and vegetables. So there’s some things that I scan, and it says “not available” but it actually is available and i can get. Also, I have not been able to log into this app for the past two weeks for some odd reason since it said they “switched servers”. It is very frustrating and you can never actually talk to a real person when calling in.
