Crashing iOS 14
The app doesn’t function at all now and is massively in need of an update. The current version of this app is 5 months old. This product would be much better without the app._-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-
Keeps crashing
The app worked wonderfully until it suddenly started crashing every time I try to open it. Super frustrating when I can’t change any of the settings to either of my sound machines 🙄KatiePoo10
Great sound machine, terrible app
I bought a second sound machine because I loved the first one so much. I never had to use the app much so I didn’t have any problems until I tried to add my new LectroFan. The app crashed every time I tried to add a new device. So now I have a new sound machine but no way to get it to work. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app but nothing is work. It can’t be that hard to fix this app...the device costs enough.Show lessHELarson
App Crashes Over and Over
It’s too bad the only way to control the Kinder is through the app when it crashes literally every single time I try to add the device. I’ll be sending it back.br1t1014

Beyond the connectivity issues, it has now started crashing every time I try to connect. Making the app worthless. And almost making the product worthless.nickname wasnt taken
Not working
Is the app completely not working for anyone else? I feel the sound machine is rendered useless now. I had issues connecting before but now nothing will work! I really regret buying this and wish I would have purchased a different sound machine.j_ski
Doesn’t work at all with IOS 14
The app does not work at all with the new iOS 14 which is just wonderful. Any time you hit any of the buttons the app just crashes. Now I cannot control the device. Great job pocketing people’s money with a scam product.G force 911
App crashes continually
I never had an issue with the app until recently. I suspect it is not compatible with the new iOS update. I am unable to select the connected device to change sounds or colors. Once the app is open I can open settings and that’s about it. Please fix bugs ASAP. Thank you.Jacyntheee
Doesn’t work with new iOS
Please update this o I can use it again. The app doesn’t even work anymore. I would love to adjust the sound and even the white noise but no longer can. Basically this is useless now without the app.Loloyoga99
iOS 14 update
Since I’ve updated to the newest Apple iOS, I can’t connect to the application at all. When I click the device, it may say connecting but immediately crashes and closes the app. It needs to be updated to the newest Apple software.Tr3monkey
