Poor connection and functionality
This app is so slow to connect or often won’t connect at all with the LectroFan even when you’re in the same room. You also cannot select a preset before you turn the fan on, so if your last setting was not what you want for your current situation, you’ll have to play the last setting and then switch to your desired preset. This is annoying especially if your last setting was loud and now you need a quieter setting for putting a baby to bed. Saving your own presets is also super annoying.Show lessay-el-jay
One Major Problem
More often than not the app will say “connection failed” when trying to open up and use. Does not connect at all from another room, I have to be about a foot away from the device for it to connect and work. BUT once connected it’s awesome, plenty of sounds to choose from, night light colors and the timer is good too if you don’t plan on keeping it running all night. If they could fix the connection issue with the next update, I’d give five stars.Show lessSimplyKESH
Worthless
What good is a product if it doesn’t work? Phone consistently fails to connect to the device via Bluetooth. On the rare occasion app and phone connect, I can never get the settings for noise or color to change.RachelBarber

Needs to support multiple devices controlling a fan
We were hoping to use this for middle of the night bottles for our newborn. But just discovered that connecting my wife’s phone to it removes MY ability to control the night light. Not great.Wb182
Update Lullabies
I love that I can control everything from my phone and not have to go in my LO’s room. I just wish I could add my own music. Or at least add new Lullabies every release. I mostly play the Lullabies more than the other sounds. My LO loves music only the 20 Lullabies are getting old.Bring Touch Back
Sometimes glitchy; good sound
The app often glitches, and says it’s unable to connect to the device (once or twice a week; and we turn it on just once a day—at night—and leave it on all night).
But when it does connect it’s a great sound machine. The nightlight is amazing—can be quite bright if you choose or dim or off. Colors can be changed also.
Love the sounds—just wished it didn’t default to 50% volume when you switched sounds because some are much louder than others.
Also wish we could have multiple devices controlling the unit, but we’ve found that we have to just let one phone control or it gets weird and doesn’t respond to anything.Show lessAng3la87
