App keeps crashing
Every time I go to connect to a device, the app crashes. It’s impossible to change the settings or turn it on or off from the app because the app no longer works on my phone. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but all that did was erase my LectroFan from my device’s memory and the app continues to crash.Show lesswestiem

Totally unusable with iOS 14
After upgrading to iOS 14 the app now crashes all the time and can’t connect to the kinder at all anymore. Totally uselessjoachim.seel

I have two kinders. We have loved them both for the last 6-9 months. Just recently we cannot use either because the app crashes immediately so both kinders are frozen in their current mode. We have tried everything! Please fix your app!MrsMine9

Connection usually takes a few tries. Would be nice if you could select the preset first before turning on the device. Overall great for portability!megt814

This app is sorely in need of a major update. The design and UI are horrible. There are key features that would be so, so simple to implement (one press on and off without having reconnect, a timer for start and stop times each day).

can’t manually change volume, color, noise. Phone constantly gets “connection failed” error message. Have been trying to connect for 20 minutes and can’t change the volume for my sick kid in the middle of the night who’s complaining it’s too loud but doesn’t want silence. Worst purchase. Great product; God awful User Interface
I bought this for my 10 month daughter. While she enjoyed the good acoustics and realistic variety of sounds, she immediately began coding a better version of the rudimentary app.
After a busy day in her crib, she produced a noticeably more user-friendly and less clunky app. Hopefully she can license it to ‘Lectro and retire by age one.Show lessBrishields
This app is terrible
I wish this product did not need an app to change settings. The sound quality is great. However, the app never works so you can’t make any changes. I have deleted and reinstalled. I’ve used different phones and even two different iPads and still no connection. The Bluetooth is on and I’m standing right next to the darn thing. I hate this app and for that reason suggest parents not purchase this product. Instead of having a calm night, this app and product makes nights stressful!Show lessYellow20Car*
