Connects poorly when using app. You have to try a few times before it works. Oftentimes, you have to be as close to the device as possible. It gets frustrating when you have to play it right away before the baby has a chance of waking up or crying.chinnah

Connection fail
I’ve literally never gotten this app to connect to the unit the first try... or the 2nd or the third. There’s no control in the actual device so the only way to turn the volume up or down is using the app. If the app worked, I’d love it. But basically once you do get logged in, program the device the way you want it bc it pretty much has to stay that way!Show lessL-Dub15

We bought this to use in our hotel room on vacation. It was great. We plan to use it every time we travel now. I love all the customization it offers.

Inconsistent connection
You have to be a foot away for it to connect to device and be able to control it from phone, everytime you close the app you will have to reconnect to the device, and will randomly say “connection failed” when my phone perfectly pairs with other blue tooth devices. Major Bugs - Wont Even Work
iphone 7+ running ios13.3. application opens with an option to enter email address for tips (but no way to actually type an email address) and an option to press continue. when i press continue, the app crashes and continues to crash at each instance. totally useless app and device!kg987123

Never connects
With how much I payed for this product the connection should always work. The new update says “minor bug fixes” which is not helpful when there is a major fix that needs to be done and is obviously being overlooked because they have already received their $$$. The biggest part about this product is the ability to connect it to your phone and work it from there volume, light etc... This all goes down the drain when you cannot set the volume, turn on the light, set up the timer... because you cannot connect the app to the darn main dock. I would never recommend this product to anyone who has a child and wants to avoid a headache. Please fix the connection issue! It is being overlooked and soon your product will no longer sell because of constant bad reviews. So if you still want the $$$ rolling in I would suggest to fix this issue. Because obviously that is all this business cares about because if they cared about people who had kids or needed this for sleeping, then they would have fixed the extra headache by now.Show lessThere are no nicknames...
Wonderful product from infant- adults!
I love that it works so well each and every day. It’s well made and super convenient with an easy app to help if you need it. I love that it has a nightlight attached also. And that it saves your settings which is super convenient at bedtime. Love this product and would recommend it to anyone.Elle Mays
