  • Good game, but I’m slightly annoyed

I think it’s a really good game and I’m addicted to the game. At first I didn’t think it would be any good and only downloaded based on the recommendation of a friend. I do however find it slightly annoying that you can’t choose where to start off and you can’t move between galaxies either. It means that it’s very easy for new players to get bullied by the stronger ones and it’s much harder for small or new alliances to actually establish themselves as they may be put into a galaxy where there are no solar systems to take over as they’ve all been conquered by other alliances.

  • Needs a reset option.

Game lacks the ability to delete and reset games to start again when needed, even if by doing so we loose all progress and items purchased. Being stuck in a galaxy constantly farmed by larger players unable to participate in any events etc is beyond frustrating and brings the whole game down. Otherwise it would make for a fantastic game.

  • Great Game

This is a very well put together game and I find it hard to put down, as with many games these days the in-app purchases are the fastest way forward but avoid if you can. Would work out extremely expensive and developers need to learn its not all about making a fast buck. Many players are loyal to games for a long time and don’t mind a small drip feed and would rather not feel they have been ripped a new one. All in all very addictive, make sure you join a top alliance as this will help you develop without spending mega money. May the force be with you (corny I know but hayho, could have said live long and prosper !!!!!!!!) ENJOY but hang on to your hard earned.

  • Cool

Epic game just started any age can play
  • Trap

This game starts out fun. Confusing a bit, but interesting. You begin to develop. You begin to take pride in what you have built, so you keep playing.

You build your fleet and have some success vs weak pirates. You collect space booty. All fun stuff. It takes longer now for each new step. But you keep playing.

You get cocky and attack a pirate fleet too strong. You get whacked. You lost several days’ work. But you blame yourself. You rebuild the fleet.

You finally figure out how to move around the galaxy. You head for home. Ok. Lots of allies here. You keep playing.

All along you have avoided paying any real money, even though the temptation is all around you.

It is getting very slow to build new things. You don’t have enough crystals to build enough destroyers. So you can’t get very far offline. Your fleet isn’t gonna be much unless you build 100 frigates and 100 gunships. Days and days and days.

The game keeps interrupting you, asking “please rate me 5 stars!”. You say “later” each time.

You start wondering if this game is gonna be worth the time.

Then, one day, you attempt to play the game but cannot connect. No matter what.

The company has become tired of you not paying for anything. So, since they have limited server capacity, they cannot continue to host non-payers. So they disconnect you. Bye bye.

They just wasted a whole bunch of your time. I just saved it for you.

  • Nova empire review

Not many crashes or technical issues with the game, pretty fun and micro transactions do not give as much of an advantage as expected which is very good, definitely give it a try if your looking for this type of game
  • It’s average

Massive connection issues, any notification or anything at all that comes up on screen during game resets connection, fragments are massively hard to attain, building “space station” time particularly for station 6 is ridiculous, and during kraken events it’s completely impossible to participate as the “high level players” just destroy your fleets resulting in you having to build for weeks and weeks.

  • Good Game, but needs some fixing

Overall the game I would have to say is good, but it fails in some areas where it desperately needs to succeed whilst having a Stellaris esc feel. First of all, the galaxies in game feel so small and you can scroll out the map until it’s almost pitch black. Second of all, the game has issues with alliances such as dismantling the HQ and a need for trading plus allying between alliances. Issues as well with bigger factions being able to take down smaller ones instantly as soon as they form. The lack of an ability to have different accounts for each separate Galaxy while making sense kind ruins it a little. Overall if these issues plus the amount of loading errors, translation issues, and some smaller things like the AI and the tutorial need fixing. Things this game needs are stuff like Faction enemies attacking your fleets and such which would give a feeling as if they were actual enemies, like say if they had space stations which you could destroy. Small things like this would make the game feel so much more unique overall.

  • Favors Chinese players

I have noticed that the game really favors the Chinese players, first by making all the events and competitions during their time zones, also because they start out with ridiculous development and ships, when we entered the server as soon as it opened up they were using dreadnoughts while we were all still trying to build gunships and frigates, that ruins it for many players, and it's no secret that the Chinese get 50% discount, at least that's the word going around. I have nothing against the Chinese but could we at least have a fair shot, and maybe have events during random time zones.

Since the new update the Dev mentioned earlier where they said they would fix the issue where the events are only conveniently during Chinese time zones, they have announced there first event the pirate invasion event, which is still only during their time zones... how nice of them!

  • Awesome, Just Amazing

I think it’s about time I can write a review, so here goes. This game just really surprised me. There are so few games like this out there, but this one has so many more features and more just keep on coming! All the details in alliances, control over fleets, very well balanced resources(currency), and a very well made completely customizable system from building stations to designing warships. It is very easy to save currency and also very easy to develop your empire (no better word for it). This is literally the game I have been trying to find for a long time now. There is only one slight thing I noticed. When I wanted to use my beginner jump I left my alliance but I couldn’t jump into that alliances sector,(Because I was stupid since it doesn’t let you do that). The problem was it didn’t let me back into the alliance even though it was an open/no-restriction alliance. But seriously, absolutely incredible.
((Please fix, I like playing with my friends))
