  • Not so sure anymore!!!!

    I’ve had a MobiCam for about 4 yrs. It has had its ups and downs. But overall I do love how clear the picture quality is even at night. And out of nowhere now I can’t even log into the app. It’s super frustrating now because I can’t see what my toddler is up too in areas of our home… I’ve uninstalled the app and everything.

  • Stopped letting me log in

    I can’t register for new account, either. Please fix.
  • Useless

    It won’t even let me sign in anymore. Says “Network Error”. Have deleted and reinstalled. When it works it’s great, but usually won’t.
  • Network Issues

    It says network issues but every other device in my home is connected. This was a waste of money time to add another RING instead of this garbage!

  • Where do I start?!

    Positives “if you can say that” - when it works, it works. Even if delayed but that’s expected in a sense. - We we’re gifted these cams thankfully!!!!

    Negatives ——— Camera will not always connect.
    Currently can’t log in because of “Network Exception” even though these cameras and wifi have not changed and were literally connected overnight smh.

    Video/speech delay.

    Camera WILL go faulty when you absolutely NEED IT to be in record mode for anything that may be happening. It might stall once it will probably stall 5 times and you’ll miss everything you needed to record.

    Night vision clicks to no end. It’s an infinite loop of click and you better be ready to rock out or simply unplug even though that defeats the purpose of buying the camera.

    Customer service? Yeah right.

    Something also happened that one camera now shows pink where something should be green. Nice pink trees and grass for me now.

    The camera is borderline hazardous right out of the box as the set up itself isn’t even as simple as it should be.

    This should be plug and play yet they want your information and to create log ins so I’m sure the video is also streamed somewhere else.

  • Don’t recommend

    I got this camera for my baby shower in January since then I’ve been trying to connect it and it won’t connect . Honestly terrible
  • App doesn’t work

    App says sever busy when trying to sign up
  • Horrible

    It used to do great job for one year and now the camera keeps showing offline. I can watch live stream but I can’t watch the recorded videos because when I click on a video it gives me a message “camera offline”.... well I can watch the live stream so it is not offline for sure. Also when I attempt to delete the videos giving me the offline message the app immediately crashes and shuts down. This used to be great product but now it has turned into a piece of garbage. When I contacted the tech support they even didn’t bother to reply and I had to email them three times until someone decided to respond. I am looking to buy new camera from different brand now. Don’t buy MobiCam. It’s no longer worth it.

  • App is horrible

    I feel like the camera and the clarity of the camera is great. However, it is hard to get the camera to connect to app. The app takes forever to load, show camera offline when it’s not, playback mode usually says service busy, app does not allow me to adjust the time, you cannot watch your baby and do anything else on your phone Each time you go out of the app and back in it has to reload and sometimes your lucky if it reloads. I’d say don’t buy camera just because of poor quality app.
