I would not recommend this baby monitor to anyone! It started telling me my network was wrong and would freeze up and not allow me to see in real time what was happening! Very frustrating to have to keep reloading and it still freezes up on you! It makes a clicking noise when going back and forth from night time vision and daytime which is annoying! The camera clarity at night time is not very good, hard to tell if baby is breathing or not! There is a delay in the two way talking as well! Every time I attempt to sign up it says service busy. This shouldn’t be this difficult to set up a device that most of the time uses your phone!!!!!HUb.123
Terrible
Somebody dropped the ball with this product design. Won’t sync with the phone and I’ve tried ALL the troubleshooting steps. Even tried with my wife’s phone and a new account. This product is a FAIL.ken11111110
No connection
We have tried everything, removed app twice and re installed, nothing. Changed position of the cell phone at least 10 times. Reset button was depressed twice....no pairing. We have 500MBPS with a mesh multi point network.
