Useless
This app is totally useless. It crashes when opened. IF it happens to stay open, it will crash as soon as I try to press anything. Camera is being returned because it’s also useless to me without the app. I’d give them both zero stars if I could.Daede18
Horrible!!
This app is absolutely horrible. I have been trying to connect my Camera for the past three days, it will not connect no matter what I do. After reading multiple reviews and comments I have realized that I am not the only one who has been having the same problem, so I will be returning it tomorrow and getting my money back! Worst App EVER!
I tried pairing the camera to the app at least 20 times. It just does not work. It keeps telling me “get the cell phone close to the camera and keep it still”! The sound wave was sent over and over and over again but binding did NOT occur. Will definitely return this product and never ever buy it again.

App stopped working
Less than 24 hours after being amazed with camera, the app stopped working. First it gave me an “abnormal network” error. Later it logged me out and wont let be back in due to a “network exception”. It wont even let me set up a new account due to a “network exception” even when not on wifi. Overall, disappointed.Show lessAzwsx
Network Exception
Suddenly stopped working. You can’t sign in. It says “Network Exception” and gives no other help. Customer support was no help. It would be really nice if you guys could fix this or at least have some trouble shooting online.pete987544
Not very useful as a baby monitor
As stated it crashes in the middle of the night so you will wake up suddenly and it will not be working. I wish that there was a way to have this actively run in the background so that you could hear anything happening even if you need to flip between a different app or message.alisha7426
