Garbage
This app / camera is awful. We bought it to keep an eye on our baby when we go see family but the camera does not connect to our phones. We have tried at 4 different houses and it will not connect to WiFi. It just continuously makes a guy-wrenching shrill and says “Wait for camera to prompt Binding Successfully” but it never binds. This is a huge waste of money and disappointment.Show lessbray0330

Camera and App Do Not Sync
It worked well the first few hours it was up and running. Awoke in the morning to camera offline. Resynced with WiFi password and camera says it connected but app says it’s offline. Spent over an hour trying to get the app and the camera to say the same thing at the same time. Did not happen. The camera still says connected to WiFi but the app says offline! Horrible product. As I see in the reviews everyone is having these kinds of issues. Fix your product or take it off the market for purchase!Show lessNikk1102

I think you guys should somehow make a way so that when you’re using your phones other apps you’re able to watch your baby on the monitor and do other things on the phone as well, instead of having to switch back & forth to the mobi app & whatever else other app you’re using at the time. It’s a bit annoying when you want to keep an eye on baby at all times & be able to for example online shop.Show lessRodneytra
