A terrible app and service
We are a small credit union that goes through CBTS. They offered us this product when Covid-19 started. We have had nothing but problems for all the users that have it setup on their phones. You’ll answer a phone call but it doesn’t actually pick up and then all of a sudden you have a voicemail from the person. People have a hard time hearing you and calls drop frequently. Terrible app
I’m having issues with dropped calls, going straight to voicemail instead of ringing the line first, issues signing in/out, and even calls going straight through to my direct line when they shouldn’t. I would give zero stars if I could and don’t recommend this app at all.elliemsparks
App isn’t good
This app gets me frustrated because the calls ALWAYS drop. Every time I make a call it disconnects and shows me a notification that I have a missed call. I don’t like this app and something need to be fixed here. It’s just not good.Wow that's crazy
Possibly a scam
This app is terrible. Calls drop. When you do answer there can be this loud beeping sound then the call will drop. There is no clear way to transfer calls. Some of the main lines that callers should be going to don’t work. & lately spoof or scam calls are coming in. Even to my direct line. The app is calling ppl and these ppl return the call saying we called them when that is not the case. Also when the app is on do not disturb still directs calls to you. Extremely frustrating. A good app that works is GOOGLE VOICE just use that instead. Works 100x better than this terrible appShow lessberazmatii
Should be with the gaming apps
Call it phone roulette! Make a phone call get a phone call. See if it actually connects! Spin the wheel! You never know what’s going to happen.

Doesn’t Work
This is the most worthless app I think I’ve ever used. Drops calls 80% of time. Logs out and won’t let me log in (yes, I am using the proper credentials).

Terrible
This app is terrible. I have had to uninstall and reinstall this app countless times to try to get it to work properly. Even then, calls get dropped and the app randomly logs me out multiple times every day. I also get errors constantly while logged in. My calls are supposed to ring to a handset on my desk and through the app on my cell (so I can work throughout the office and still answer calls). However, this function only sometimes works.Show lessBeaz15
