When you do get help, it’s very run around texts that ask you the same question in different formats no matter how thorough you are. It’s a waste of time, effort, and absolutely a waste of money.
I’ve emailed their customer support to say the same. Wish I could get my money back.

When I call my bank or my insurance company, I really don’t like how long they keep me on hold. This app-based medicine effectively places you on hold, for 12 hours at a time, between every message you send about the health concerns you’d very much like to resolve.

Re: identifying a provider, when providers respond in the chat, you can tap the G logo to see the team behind your care. Because we use a collaborative care model, you'll most likely speak with multiple providers. Tapping on a name takes you to a provider's profile, so you can see their training, specialties, and more. Re: consultations requiring back-and-forth, your frustration about the wait time makes sense. We've noted your feedback and will use it to improve the intake process. Have you turned on notifications? Faster responses to providers usually improves the response time on the patient's end.
