We have been enjoying family vacation to Pueblo Bonito for the past 17 years. There is absolutely no comparison anywhere else in North America and we have travelled alot. The views are spectacular. Cabo is calm and relaxing. The food and services at PB is the best.< X Gamer.exe. >

App never works when you are onsite at the resort. The minute we fly home it works perfectly but never works when you are actually at the hotel and need to use it!Winner-83

I tried to download and register this app from home, before arriving at the hotel. It downloaded but then repeatedly rejected the email I had already logged in with and that I had used to make my reservation, so I couldn’t register and use the app.
Then I arrived at the resort, which is very un-customer service oriented in terms of figuring out what’s available to guests. I was referred to the app to make reservations, etc.
I again tried downloading the app and on day 2, the app is still buffering.
