    We have been enjoying family vacation to Pueblo Bonito for the past 17 years. There is absolutely no comparison anywhere else in North America and we have travelled alot. The views are spectacular. Cabo is calm and relaxing. The food and services at PB is the best.

  • Never works

    App never works when you are onsite at the resort. The minute we fly home it works perfectly but never works when you are actually at the hotel and need to use it!

  • Ridiculous App

    I tried to download and register this app from home, before arriving at the hotel. It downloaded but then repeatedly rejected the email I had already logged in with and that I had used to make my reservation, so I couldn’t register and use the app.
    Then I arrived at the resort, which is very un-customer service oriented in terms of figuring out what’s available to guests. I was referred to the app to make reservations, etc.
    I again tried downloading the app and on day 2, the app is still buffering.
    Useless and frustrating.

  • Useless

    App locked up after adding items to room service order. Would not allow adding more items even after removing items. Won’t work at all now. Useless!

  • Great Stay Great Food

    We haven’t been here in 11 years due to family, school, and work. Coming back to our happy place did not disappoint! We had a GREAT upgraded room, saw fireworks from our patio, ordered GREAT food from room service, perfect weather, and beautiful ocean views. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful.

  • Joke!!!

    If you’re looking for an app to download, take up storage space on your phone, and waste minutes of your life you will never get back, you’ve come to the right place!! If you want to use the app for anything else keep on moving! This joke of an app has no real purpose due to the inability of working properly. You can’t sign in using any of the many methods it offers to sign in & check on a current reservations, future reservations, & etc. What a joke of an app. & shame on the developers/whoever operate this thing.. kick rocks chumps!! The best use of the app so far is this review I was very happy to leave for those who need it.

  • Bed still broken; bedside lights not functioning

    The gentleman finally made it to the room to fix the bed. Our guest sat on it 5 hours later and it broke again. 2 nights without necessary bed in the lock out. Our friend weighs 150 pounds-NOT FAT. In the master we cannot figure out how to turn on the bedside table lamps. Room is poorly illuminated at night

  • Software

    Very slow website and everything (food) is the same. Consider changing up the menu?
    The nachos were icky. Tossed pre packaged cold cut meat, nothing to wanting to eat much less share on the first order. Hope tonight’s meal is better. We are not to impressed with the meals that the resort has to offer.

    The gentleman at the LaNao pool, Savir, is wonderful! Extremely welcoming, he is attentive to our every request. He always has towels set up for us every morning, and follows up to make sure everything is to our satisfaction. We give him the highest quality rating possible!!😎👍🏾🙏🏾

  • Might be good if you could log in

    This app worked fine for me while I did a pre-check in; however, once I arrived at the resort it mysteriously logged me off. From that point, logging back in did not work. It just kept telling me I already existed. Talking to others at the resort indicated that this was a common problem. Front desk was no help. App is useless if you can’t log in.
