App can not locate my contract
App looks great but I can’t log it so it’s unusable. When I enter my hotel and contract number for registration app says it can’t be located. I have an upcoming stay and was looking to test the app and can’t use it at all at this pointSwtbrd

Can’t Register
Not enough space to put in an email address to register. Would like to book amenities for my pending trip via the app, but can’t register to even do that.JleighO0791

I’ve tried several times to register or login, but haven’t been successful. I am an owner at Emerald Bay.PSecoy
Can’t register
I finally was able to locate one of our two contracts using the FULL contract number (found on our check in receipt). Usually I only need to reference the last 6 digits. However, when I go to the next step in the registration process to receive the registration email, it says ‘unable to register this user, check data’. Very frustrating. Would love to use the app for dinner reservations, etc since were here!Show lessxstinefregi

Hello Mr. Xstinefregi, First of all, thank you for downloading our app. Regarding your issue, you need to write your whole contract number like 30123456, no hyphen nor dot. For example, if you are an owner at Sunset Beach, the numbers that you will write before your 6 contract numbers are 30 or 40, it all depends on the resort you own; this information can be found in your contract and/or confirmation for reservation. Also, you need to submit the same email address that you have on your contract. We hope this information can help you. Best regards.Great service

Unable to Register/Create Account
I have tried multiple times to register/create an account and keep getting an error message: “unable to locate contract.” There is no “help” or “contact us” option within the app. Would love to book via an app, but it just doesn’t work!Manoukj
