I’m sorry, but this app is infuriating! I was so excited the resort actually had an app and download it but it is an absolutely impossible to register it. Just send you an endless loop and there’s no one to help.!!!!mishy77!

Unfortunately, the reviews are accurate. The app does not work well. Quite frankly it keeps kicking you out and forcing you to re-enter all the information. I tried to schedule shuttle service, it asked to select a time…with no option for a time available. It’s a waste of time.LopzRA

It has been 3 months since I got my timeshare contract set up with PB montecristo but I’ve never been able to use the app on my iPhone 13 (iOS 15). When I launch the app, it shows all their resorts. I pick a resort and then go to the book now tab. It shows my contract, I can pick it. Then the trouble begins. It does not let me pick the type of room or choose dates etc. It just says something in Spanish that I don’t understand but I can make out that it is an error. Super buggy app. furthermore, when I call Pueblo Bonito customer service, they say that they are not responsible for the app and I should call their phone number directly to make any reservations or inquiries. quite frustrating because the customer service is not a 24 hour service and I don’t want to wait in line every time I want to check on some availability. I have tried rebooting my phone, deleting and reinstalling the app, and everything in between. Nothing works. Not surprised that the app is rated less than two stars on the Apple appstore.Show lesswiselyunwise
Frustrating
The app is not functional. You can not update your profile, the contract number is requested even though it is connected. No spa or dinner reservations can be made in advance of arrival.
It is not worth downloading other than seeing your reservation number.Chandlersattic

There is no point in having an app that doesn’t work. It has taken me 2 days and 2 phone calls to even gain access to register. Now that I am in the app it doesn’t allow me to do anything. I called for help and I was told there is no one to help with the app. If I want to book a spa service or transportation I could email them. So what is the point of the app. As much money as this resort cost, I would expect this app to be flawless.Show lessOnly1star*

Says I am logged in via a social media platform but then won’t accept it.
Need to reset log ins but no one will tell me how and even re-setting passwords does not work as it says my email is tagged to social media accountbhelts
Maddening to Use!
This app needs some serious attention. It goes around in circles asking over and over to put in my owner info and my reservation number. Yet, when I try to actually interact with the app (make or change a golf tee time) the app tells me I’m not registered or that our owner number is already in use. ACK!!!!! I’ve entered it 6 times now!!! I’ll just call….Show lesskatieflyer
