Worst app ever
This app is useless. It does not allow to change passwords, cannot enter new reservations and just does not function properly.Metwentytwo
Why bother...
I have information in my profile that needs updating...nope, not gonna happen with this app set up. I also wanted to update temporary password sent at enrollment...after 5 tries I gave up! Enter password and hit return...nothing happens 🙄. Keyboard doesn’t go away to click Update password.
I tried to Chat via app...hahahaha!
It did manage to load my reservation... me to see if I can do what is required to pre checkin for my February reservation.Show lessIris innkeeper

As a 30 year software developer, this app lacks clear flow Released without a clear approach to registering someone with multiple ownership. Should be able to enter a contract number and find me. Tried to check out SPA , wanted to book before I could see how much.
With lots of screen real estate available the app uses tiny font and only 10 pct of the real estate

This app doesn’t work. If you already have a reservation, you cannot type your reservation number in because it contains letters too. The app only allows for numbers to be typed in. You can’t get past that page to do anything.
I have the “updated” version and it doesn’t work. Just like their “check in online” button. Must have been created by the same people.Show lesselizabethgaddis

This app was great and i loved how you could see the menus through your phone also the staff there was great and the food was amazing especially the chef for the Italian restaurant Paul.3-_Bruh_-3

Update doesn’t work
The app stopped working so I downloaded the update, and it still doesn’t work. Doesn’t show my reservations anymore.Meow3623
It does not work
The app does not work very well. I’m here at the resort now. There is a display on how it should work in the Lobby. However the app falls WAY short of what it is supposed to do. Other then having a map, that is not interactive like it should be, at least you can use it (the map) to get your bearings.Show lessScrmn6Guns
Buggy software
Lots of issues running this app
Promotions don’t load correctly, unable to book an appt with the app and unable to get support. Contact support email address cannot help and only wants to book appts. They also cannot honour promotions via email.
Tried to load profile and sometimes there is data and sometimes there is not. Also unable to edit the profile.
Nobody responds to online chat that is part of the app. Tried various times of the day and diff days of the week.
If you build an app then please ensure the services work correctly before you roll it out.Show lessGpa99

If I could give this no stars it would be to much. Wasted time trying to book reservations and nothing worked. Concierge at resort told me to call toll free support number which never answered.TopHacker
