Not useful
It’s really not useful at all. Very difficult to register and log in, it doesn’t seem to think I have a reservation even though I’m currently at the Sunset, wont allow you to select tee times or reservations (just says Please Select Schedule, but doesn’t let you actually hit the date buttons). Really no point to it, but I guess the graphics are good.Show lessCommandant hash

Once we updated to iOS 15 the Facebook login I used broke. We are locked out of the app, cannot add our reservation to another email and cannot do a password recovery. I wish we hadn’t used Facebook to login but recovery still should have worked. I have to call the concierge for everything and we cannot do a check out on the app. Solidified us never buying timeshare here.Show lesschristinaPDX

If this is any example of how this resort is run, I have no interest! Wasted way more time than I would like to admit to just keep getting the same notices.. poorly constructed and even less user friendly than a starved pit bull!just my thoughts..
App does not work as it should.
Was able to log in once with reservation number through my google account but once logged out I can not get back in because the app will not allow me past the register screen because it tells the email is already used. App is not user friendly.tayed916

Don’t waste your time trying to use it. Completely non-intuitive, non-functional, non-everything.

Can’t login
Not even close to being useful. Sends you in a loop. First, the app asks me to register or login (normal). I register with all account info requested (I am an owner at the resort). It accepts the information, then sends me to the login/registration page again. When I login, it doesn’t recognize me. I try to re-register and it says “contract is already associated”. I reset password and it says “your user is disabled”. Waste of time. DELETE.Show lessSharkbait-Uhaha

This app is very difficult to follow. I entered my email address and it keeps stating that the email address or domain address is incorrect. It clearly gives me what they have on file and it still doesn’t allow me to register. I also tried using the confirmation number and still doesn’t work. Frustrating.Show lessdamac$$
