  • The app is horrible.

    I tried downloading this to prep for my trip and it’s a nightmare. I even spoke with someone via Facebook chat for probably 45 to walk me through it. It’s like they don’t believe me. The buttons don’t work half the time. Like for golf, I’ll choose the date and time but when it wants me to pick number of players, it doesn’t let me choose a single option. The app is not freezing. It just doesn’t work. Then the app will suddenly appear in Spanish when I have only ever selected English. It’s so wonky. Don’t download. Just book when you arrive.

  • Not functional too many bugs

    I’ve tried using the ap the last two visits and they need better IT people. It works for a while then you have to reset your password because it doesn’t recognize you any more. Won’t let you update your profile information. Keeps saying my registration is incomplete when I’ve set it up multiple times in settings. Doesn’t link reservations made with concierge to your account. Need to get better for sure!

  • Don’t even download. Enjoy vacation instead

    The app is completely useless and doesn’t work well at all. Please just enjoy your vacation and pretend it doesn’t exist. Not worth the trouble
  • Spent 45 minutes trying to log in

    I keep trying different ways to sign in but I can never get past the login screen. I can’t believe I spent so much time entering the same info over and over hoping for a different result.
  • Lots of work needed

    The app is nicely presented the big however is that to actually do any functions the app either crashes or just simply doesn’t allow you to do anything such as book any additional services etc software peeps need to really bone up on their skills because as it stands the app is rather dysfunctional
  • Needs major work

    Not an owner, just a guest. I tried logging in to manage our booking, make reservations, etc the only thing the app knows how to do is present a rotating circle of dots and gets you no where. Ugh so frustrating!

    This app needs serious improvement. It does nothing that visiting the web site won’t. Account access is impossible.
  • Easy to use

    I’m really not sure why this app has such a low rating. I used this app during my recent stay and had no problems whatsoever. I loved that I could make and view my dinner reservations. I thought it was simple to understand and useful!

    In the future, I would love to see a map included, pool activities, and be able to access charges on my account. It could be expanded in so many ways, but this is a great start!

  • Cannot create account

    I have entered 30 plus my account number. It gives me the information from when we purchased in 2008. After that it lists both my wife’s and my email addresses, plus an old land line number that we no longer have. When I click “Send e-mail”, it asks for me to enter an email address. I cannot change the email address or the phone number on this screen. So I cannot create an account.
