Good for on the go
It works very well mostly except causes lots of stress when it doesn’t accept a check I have already written on. Otherwise i have no complaints. It checks my balance abd pays my bills easily when i am away from home.
Still Needs Work
It has definitely gotten better over time, but could use work. The mobile deposit feature seems to often have issues-sometimes even though I write the required phrase, it’s not recognized. Also, a “dark mode” is needed.
Needs improvement
The website and mobile functions need a offer a better bill pay system with ebills like major banks such as Wells Fargo. Also need to upgrade to Zelle, Apple Pay..etc.

Easy and convenient. Secure. Can check what I am doing. They respond fast to your email inquiries.

I have been a member for thirty years and have been using the online applications through several iterations and the current version is the best by far for my needs.

Super Easy to Navigate
I really enjoy banking on line with LACFD app because I’m not very tech savvy and I still find the app easy to use. When I can’t figure something out, a quick visit to the branch, and one of the tellers quickly bring me up to speed, and I’m off and running. Two thumbs up. 👍👍
