I use this every day

I love this app, it makes it so that there is one less remote laying around my house. The control of my electric fireplace is convenient and literally right at my fingertips on my phone.
I don’t have to search for the small remote that came in the fireplace box, it’s right on my phone.
Thank you, it gets 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from me!

Vague instructions

After messing with getting the app connected for a little while I decided to look at the reviews. Luckily someone above me said you have connect it to the 2.4ghz. So I had to log into my router and disable the 5ghz and then the fireplace found my 2.4 network and it worked! I am not sure why the app even looks for 5ghz if it’s not going to connect to it! After the app connected it worked as intended. The instructions say to slide your fingers to change the temp or fireplace setting but what they don’t tell you is to start on the dot in the middle and slide. So for example put your thumb on the 90 degree number and then slide down. Thought I would write a review and try to save some people some time.

Thanks for your advise. You are so smart to solve the problem. We improve the config guide in 3.1.19 version by adding a video demo and when you are connecting wifi with 5G suffix, It will show an error tip about changing to 2.4G WIFI. The second problem about controlling the function is received. We will add the same function by press down the button "+" and "-" in next version. And now We have added this function from 3.1.20.

Wish I would have known the app didn’t work prior to buying. I hope they can come pick it up from my basement ASAP because I am not moving this back up the steps. The emoji should be 🤬.

Because our device only work in 2.4g wifi. Please update the app and have a try.

Will not connect to my WiFi

I connected my fireplace to my WiFi twice. But once the fireplace turns off it does not stay connected. Now I can’t get it to connect again. This app doesn’t work and it’s frustrating. I just use the remote now. Whoever developed this app needs to have a person to speak to to help customers to get the help they need. The other option, fix the app so it works properly.

Won’t connect, no assistance available

I’ve tried a few times to get this feature to work! The quick install guide doesn’t even provide any information and the pictures they show isn’t even the same as on the app! I would recommend just using the remote provided.

A year later and still won’t connect.

Will you please make this app work. It doesn’t even stay on set up mode long enough to sync with my WiFi.

Beautiful piece of furniture!

Works great! Tried several times to connect on 5 ghz and it wouldn’t connect but finally got it to sync WiFi on 2.4ghz.

Doesn’t work!!

This is a complete bust!! This was a key selling feature for me and IT DOESNT WORK!!!!!! It won’t connect to wi-if no matter how much I’ve attempted to. Complete waste of time and money!!

Wifi doesn’t work

Don’t bother with the app just use the remote that came in the box. There is no WiFi feature for this fireplace

Waste of time app doesn’t sync

I’m with everyone else, there is absolutely nothing I can do to get this to sync.
It would be nice if it worked because it is a selling point to buying this item.

Many customers have connect problem is mainly because the phone connect to a 5G during the config process. Changing the wifi to 2.4g may help. And we improve the config guide in 3.1.19 version by adding a video demo. Please try again .
