The Basics
The app provides the basic information one would expect. It would be nice to have a way where one could add comments that appear when a transaction is opened. I could do this with the previous credit union app prior to them being bought by SHFCU. Anything to make a banking transaction easier to understand will be advantageous for the user.Show lessTchrguy
Worst banking app
I wish I could say something good about it but since the merger with my credit union the app is not helpful at all and I can’t access any information about previous transactions or really do anything that I’ve tried to do couldn’t deposit a check and every message you ask tells you the same thing contact customer service and dial 0 . What good is a app if you can’t do anything with it?Show lessImpacter6
could be a BETTER bank app
doesn’t work a lot but that new update is really cool, doesn’t have the main stuff most banks have like notifications or adding to apple pay but it works half the timeminipakkun
