The new app design and update severely regressed the overall app accessibility for blind VoiceOver users. Before the design updates, the app was mostly usable, but whoever they got to build the new design seems to have completely forgotten about accessibility and usability across the board when building their web wrapper interface. Badly designed flows throughout the app, lots of ungrouped and badly labeled controls, headings misused and broken apart into individual swipe stops for each word within them, broken controls that don't work with screen readers, just a full failure of WCAG requirements through and through.
Full remediation is required for this app once again. Extremely disappointing to find the SFCCU app back in this inaccessible state, as if they completely forgot about how this all happened the first time they underwent a full app and site redesign.
