  • Unusable on iPad

New app is not useable on iPad. Can’t get normal full page view. Open a with a huge advertisement when app is started. Offers many “features “ that I don’t care about. Paid subscription should not see pop up advertisements. Awful.
  • New newspaper app

This is a horrible update. It only lets me go vertical with the edition. It doesn’t get clear on the page and it isn’t big enough to read. Please go back to page width settings. The pop up ads are annoying. I will look at the ads in the layout but don’t give me more ads. I don’t pay for that.
  • Updated format

I have been an esubscriber for some time. Are recent change in format of the paper seems to be not user friendly. It is difficult to stay on fit page without the view immediately jump to previous view

  • Updated to be lousy

The app freezes at least once each day while reading the paper. Pop up ads have been added and require you to wait until you can delete. The start up no longer goes to the enewspaper and requires the reader to search for the enewspaper link at the bottom. Wish there was another way to read the paper.

  • TU

I value our local journalists. They keep me informed about local issues.
  • Terrible

The new Florida Times Union app has made the paper unreadable. The old app worked very well. This one is clunky, difficult to use and for the World section way off scale with no remedy. I have been reading the eNewspaper for ten years. If this does not change I will cancel. HORRIBLE
  • Change to app has made it almost impossible to read!

The Florida Times Union app has never been great but changes to the app a few days ago has made it VERY hard to read. Now the page only covers about 1/2 or less of my screen and when I try to expand it to the whole screen it jumps around then gives me an extremely enlarged section so I can only read a few words at a time. I would cancel, but this is the only Jacksonville paper that covers the news. PLEASE, if you are going to update your app, don’t make it far worse!
