Rude and terrible company

It's been 3 weeks i am trying to sign up with curb app , the guy over the phone is so ignorant and uneducated he wasn't able to understand how to enter 10 figures social security. He was showing me attitude that i am not providing him correct one. And guy was super rude and yelling at me. It shows the face of the company right from the beginning. Stay away they are scammers.

πŸ‘Ž Awful Driver support

They deactivate your account aimlessly without any warning. Contacting driver support takes forever to respond. The frustration with this app is just too much. If this were the only source of income for cabbies, some of us would not get any fare at all. If you have an issue over the weekend, tough luck!

bad service

Every trip requires contacting customer service in order to enter the money into the bank, but there is no customer service

Not enough Opportunity

Im a driver in NYC TLC licensed and while uber has me on a waitlist because uber has NYC on lock there are just not any trips available on this app. ONLINE FOR 4 Hours i made 16 dollars off of 1 trip. On a Friday. Renting vehicles is highly expensive and this app is just not worth it.

Add landscape mode and multi-window support.

Just like the title says. Also would be good to have a waiting time countdown timer that would precisely record cancellations reimbursement.
Update since I see no reply…if you don’t know what I meant with landscape, it is in reference to running to app on a tablet IOS or Android with support as such as well as possibility to run it along other similar apps on one screen instead of flipping between back and forth.

Absolute garbage

The app is complete garbage the company is also complete garbage, issues signing on, billions not millions of bugs, customer service is horrible and useless, always issues, I’ve been online for 1 week without closing my app and have driven everywhere have not got a single ride yet
