    Can’t even get it to do the edge mode without the app, and even with the app the option is disabled. Lame
  • Awful app

    Using Bluetooth as Wi-Fi to weak to reach our paddock. If the Bluetooth signal is lost, you have to re enter the serial no etc & start all over again, complete rubbish! Cannot control the mower at all with it, setting it manually is the only way. Feel ripped off as paid extra for the Bluetooth element. Don’t do it, save yourself some money, works better without!! 😡

  • Great app from 2019 - Awful app since 2022

    Had the app since I got my robo mower And it’s been great. For some reason the updates this year have made it unusable, app support is next to useless been back and forth with them for 2 weeks and since can’t use it I don’t understand why they keep doing this Considering selling mower now as it’s an expensive piece of plastic sitting on my lawn Update managed to get the app working on an old iPad Now 5 weeks later mower has just stopped working altogether I’m dreading contacting customer service as they were so unhelpful last time I have no idea how they help anyone has you have to email them then wait 30min, 1hr, 2hr 4 hr a day or 4 The you respond and wait again It is probably the worst system I have ever seen Is it just me or has customer service gone back 30 years since covid

  • The app/mower is AWFUL, so is tech support

    I have a flat, small square yard and this mower can’t seem to handle it. Worse yet, the app is no help whatsoever. It’s almost entirely pointless. As often as the thing malfunctions (multiple times per mow), there’s no correcting it from one of the mysterious messages on the app. You have to always go down to the mower, mess around with it accomplishing nothing, until it finally starts talking to the app again. Closing and restarting doesn’t work. Need to set the size of your yard by walking the perimeter? Good luck. It’s not at all intuitive, there’s no adjusting where the lines end up, and it’s a complete waste of time. The one time I got it somewhat close to accurate, it spun for 20 minutes trying to save before I finally just shut down. I hate this machine and app and highly recommend you get something else.

    If it does get stuck, out on the perimeter somewhere, we need the ability to point it toward the wire and press home, where it can restart. As it is, it must be carried back to the base.

    (Update) There must have been an update. It is now possible. Place the Landroid inbounds. Turn on. Ignore timer that says ‘Landroid will shut down in 20 minutes’. Press start then press OK. Landroid resumes mowing.

  • Frustratingly. irritatingly. Connectivity.

    Update:
    Attempting telephone technical support, due to cal volumes, worx telephone support forces a callback.
    When the callback occurs, I get a non-Landroid support person who forwards me to the dedicated Landroid support which forced a callback - Back to high call volume and forced callback and having a tier 1 support forward me to Landroid support which dead ends in forced callback.
    In a loop.

    2 Stars: App will not add either of my two Landroid L models: WG150 WG155 Landroids say they connect. App says Fail. Landroid shows all bars of WiFi connection. App says no Landroids exist. Bluetooth does not work. WiFi does not work. Confirmed correct 2.4ghz and bands and security settings. Tried desperately two different iPhones running new and old iOS versions. Tried three brands of routers.
