  • Disappointing App

    This is the most unhelpful app when it comes to set up of the mower. I got the outside set up never dreaming the app would be the worst part. Couldnt even input the first code as I didnt know where the numbers were or what the number was. Had to google. I wont be mowing this week.
  • iOS login fails from day one “page expired”

    Brand new set up, but have been unable to login to app on iOS. Login takes me to error page. No functionality is possible other than manual mowing. A very disappointing start….no reply from support after 2-3 days. Yeah when you come in take me to for meeting from Hefner yesterday so yeah and then flying back into cool also have you had a coffee Insta

  • needs improvement

    It won’t let me manually set a perimiter, and thr augmented map feature is terrible. i wish i could post a pic of the result, it is all twisted.
  • Sim contract renewal

    For the love of god! No I don’t want to renew my find my Landroid SIM card!!! MAKE THE NOTIFICATION GO AWAY!! It’s been over a year!!
  • Great last season, can’t log in this season

    I bought the machine last summer and enjoyed using it and the app. I just set it up for this season and the mower works fine but the app wants me to log in to my worx account and won’t recognize my credentials. I created a new account on Worx and the app won’t log in with those, either. I uninstalled the app and then reinstalled it, but it still won’t log in. Useless apps get one star.

  • App needs more work but usable to a point

    The app pretty much works great BUT it’s laggy in regards to alerts and when trying to refresh the activity tab it just spins and blinks and never refreshes, I have to keep closing out the app for it to refresh so annoying I hope they fix this sometime soon.. it was great before the update

    A week in and the app is ok. Biggest improvement would be to be able to restart mower after an error from the app. Also St. Augustine and Centipede should be added to grass types.
  • App keeps logging out

    Updated: thanks for dev response! Reinstalling the app fixed the issue with logouts.

    I recently prepared my Landroid for mowing this season and I noticed a couple of issues. 1) The Landroid companion application keeps logging out every day and I have to manually login every time I want to use the app. 2) After turning on the mower after the winter break, the app and Landroid would not automatically connect - I had to re-add the mower to get it working. I’d appreciate if you could address #1 issue it’s becoming pretty annoying.

  • Worx great

    It does exactly what it was advertised to do. My Landroid has been mowing every day for a week. I am looking forward to the automatic scheduling. It is presently not enabled, per a conversation I had with Landroid support. I see the potential for a lot more to come with the app and the Landroid.
  • App doesn’t Worx

    Mower is on my network. App doesn’t connect to mower. Useless considering it’s supposed to be a smart device.
