Terrible app

This app is absolute garbage you can’t manage anything and if you can it’s been hidden somewhere in the beyond. Whoever designed this you should know application design is not in the cards for you and I would purse other careers. Awful just simply awful!!!!

Garbage App

This is one of the worst apps to use, it refreshes any time you scroll so the screen just keeps being blank. Also when clicking on my balance, instead of showing info below it just says " Oh no. Something's not right" with a try again button that does nothing. It has been like this since they redesigned the look of the app a while ago. The app also has a terrible lay out, and is not intuitive or convenient to use.

Worst redesign

All they have tried is to copy the Apple Card experience but have messed up terribly. I still liked the old version where I had more information and a consistent user experience. I just hate opening this app and eventually, I have reduced spending on the Deserve card, just because I don’t want to open up the app and go through the frustration of paying off the balance.

Bad App

It's a decent credit card, but the app is miserable. I can't load any card details since the update, so I'm unable to review transactions, pay my bill, etc.

Good starter card but overall not good

The app before this update was way better. I can barely find the things I need to find (not easily navigable) and the app has completely glitched once I froze my card and tried to order a new one. Going to definitely be searching for a new credit card soon…

App needs a lot of work

No dark mode in the app or dark mode icon, no way to switch to another credit card from deserve, and terrible UI. Feel like deserve’s own credit card apps and offerings are an afterthought compared to their business credit card services which is disappointing

Login

There should be an option to login with your email as well not just the phone number very irritating right now trying to login

Worse App I’ve ever used

This is one of the most frustrating and disappointing app I’ve ever used. Who’s idea was it to move away from the old app that existed a year ago? It was easy for me to check my credit score, which isn’t available on this new app. If it does, then it’s hidden somewhere I might need a compass to find. You chose to go with fancy design instead of actual substance. The app looks like it was design by a grade 1 students (no offense, that’s how terrible this app is). Please, get somebody who knows what they’re doing to design this app. Or better still just go back to the old app before this new one was introduce. I enjoyed using this app because of its simplicity. Kindly go back to that. Thanks.

Issue with payment

Hi Team i made the payment but its took a whole 10 days circle to complete you payment no other credit card does that and also you guys don’t even provide rewards points to reedem I didn’t see any reward points towards my statement but still i am being showed 55 $ of rewards but you guys are saying i already redeemed it lol and now the balance is 2 dollars you guys are the real nutcrackers i believe the worst company so far i have seen in credit card

Very Flawed App

I experienced an issue where the app changed the payment amount I typed in AFTER I submitted the payment. This happened to me twice.
I was told that Deserve could do nothing to help me out. Not only that, they were still going to charge me the return payment fee of $37. Honestly terrible customer service on top of a worse app.
