This seems like a big design flaw. If you leave the laundromat’s wifi network you can’t check the status of your wash. How stupid is that?chirecho

I have money sitting in an account now that I will never get back. Moved to a different area and there are ZERO laundromats here with this service. No customer service contacts can be found for these people. THIS IS A SCAM!My3cats05

cool app, but the least amount you can find is $15. let’s say it only cost you $10 to wash and dry, then you have the other $5 just wasted and sitting in your account. super dumb. we should be able to put as little as $5 on the account if we want. not $15RommelDD

So much better than using quarters. Person at my local place showed me how to use it, the app texted me when my machine had 1 min left till I could toss in the dryer. The loyalty points allowed me to get a free wash. No fee’s for using the app. Finally we have a laundromat app that is modernized.Snooks55555
No accountability
This app has absolutely no customer service department to help with anything relating to the app and their app support page gives an invalid customer support email. I had an issue in the app where I accidentally deleted my account from my local laundry and had a remaining balance as well as 2000+ loyalty points. I have no recourse whatsoever and the actual laundry facility can not issue me a refund for the remaining money I had left. Id suggest you stay away from this app with predatory practices.Show lessNickname_taken_27

This app worked great at my local laundry mat. I downloaded the app, added funds, scanned the QR codes on the washing machines, and I was good to go. Great idea for an app! Kudos!Julzilla

This is the worst app ever !!! They advise in laundry place and I loaded $10 on it and my phone was connected to the WiFi and it just didn’t work. They have no customer service number to request a refund. Owner is no where to be contacted and all I get the the run around because no one can issue a refund. This is the first and last time I use this laundry place with this app its horrible!! Beware don’t not use !!!Show lessJenRC4610

This is the 3rd time I’ll be using this app since it was updated; it is SUPER buggy now, I have to restart my phone or disconnect from the laundromat WiFi 10 times just to get it to work. It’s an awesome concept and saves me money, with the loyalty points, but it’s getting extremely frustrating to try to use.Show lesskayyyelseee
