Unsupported Tech Mess
There’s no way to update cc info and you’ll end up having to leave behind any balance funds. Eventually found a support email but weeks have gone by and no word. I’m worried about these people having my card info 😒Huevo con Weenie

This app will not give refunds you will have to have the Laundromat refund you if you cannot get on their Wi-Fi.

This app makes laundry much easier
When I discovered a new laundromat in Greenville that accepted this app, I was delighted. I lost so many laundry cards before, but I never lost my phone and I always have it with me. I can pay for my laundry with my phone so quickly! RecommendJoanna B. Buck
Only works with MasterCard
This app is advertised all over the place at my laundry mat, but it says nothing in the description or on any of the images that it only accepts MasterCard. I was in a hurry and tried use this app but ended up having to just get money from the atm, really a waste of my timecomment0012
iPhones 6s plus problems
Every time when I try to pay at the laundry with the app, I need to redo the set up every single time

demands u connect to their wifi
only can add $5 increments
also its a very cumbersome system requiring many steps. from what i see i paid $10 and theres still 1/2 of that sitting dormant.
this is trash & ive used far better. just searxh for a place that lets u use debit direct.
you literally gotta select the thing then scan the qr code. its nonsense and almost a "is this serious for 2021" kinda moments.

Laundry Pay
I really enjoyed going there.I met Patrick and show us around and how to use there machines.The money you put in stays there till you use it again.The good thing about it when doing the washing you get points.The points you have can be used on drying so it don’t cost anything for drying.I really like that.So we will be going back there till our washer & dryer get here.Thanks for you help Patrick.Bobby & Dianne MangumShow lessPackers2014
Fine till it’s not
Had to reload some money. Ran into unknown errors as clothes were wet. Tried to upload money it wouldn’t let me. Tried to upload a new card and it wouldn’t let me. Was told to uninstall and reinstall the app. Did so and my account disappeared. Claiming that my email account isn’t in their system. Really faulty and janky. Good initially, was actually happy with not bringing change anymore.
