Scam like app!!!
No phone number or email address to reach them. Using the app is easy but thats not the issue here. App doesn’t work for the last two months and can’t find anybody to get my own money to be refunded. I wish I could give -5 stars.Greenporter

App is a piece of garbage and doesn’t work. It forces you to log into the stores wifi while you put your credit card info, super safe. If you’re desperate enough to do that anyway it just doesn’t work. Constant “unknown errors”. Waste of time.Sophism29

This worked really well at the laundromat but when I had leftover funds it kept the money and I have no way to contact anyone to recover them.asweet11

It is simple, straightforward & quite easy. But like my mother used to say “ You must consider the source!”

Never worked
Follow all steps including adding payment. Connected to local laundry WiFi. App never acknowledged the connection. Out $10.Broke with wet laundry
Doesn’t Work more than once
I downloaded the app and washed my clothes. Worked like a charm. When I went to use the dryer, I ended up paying with coins because the app kept saying i needed to connect to the network even though I connected and disconnected numerous times.rmartin83
Doesn’t Work
Quick to take your money but doesn’t work (my particular problem is that it kept saying I wasn’t connected to WiFi). No contact information anywhere for the company, except in the user agreement, where it’s listed as customerservice@.com, so no chance for a refund.stephhatesmatch.com
