This app is streamlined without too many features, but does what it’s meant to. I like the alarm when my laundry is done. It also lets you see how many machines are available at the laundromat, BEFORE you go there. Smart.Elevated11
Terrible
The first time it work like a dream, but since I’ve had to deal with inconsistency after inconsistency. The app won’t connect to the network most of the time I’ve come to the LaundryPay. I’ve had to withdraw cash to utilize the washer and dryer every time. It’s a great concept but the inconsistency annoys the heck out of me.Show lessRicky Bobby J
It’s a scam
Laundromat had signs up all over advertising this app. I downloaded it and added money. Laundromat doesn’t support the app anymore. There’s no links or contact info for the devs to request a refund. Download at your own risk.Billthemedic

Q Code doesn’t work
I place money on the app by using my debit card and when I scan the code a response will either say invalid code or no funds. Now I just have 30.00 taken from my debit card that I can’t get back. DO NOT USE IF YOUR WASHING. PLEASE TEST THE APP ON SMALL AMOUNT OF MONEY.queenwatt
