DOSE NOT WORK
this is so annoying this app does not work it’s not pairing I’ve literally tried everything with my LED lights. Please respond to this to get me more help I cannot seem to find how to do it I’ve searched up several videos in search of several things on safari come I looked through the whole entire box that they came in. I have tried everything!!!

A few of my favorite things
I live in a 123 year old house. Fully automating was not feasible. But these Energizer smart plugs are a great retrofit option at an extremely reasonable price. The devices are very simple to set up and are awesome for outdoor and indoor applications.
It used to work
I used to be able to control the energizer lights I bought for a while but I haven’t been able to link my google home with energizer connect in like 7 months. It’s a real pain not to be able to use my Google home services with it.
App design is annoying
Love the app and it works great. Easy to connect devices. But why the heck is there a giant picture of a house on my Home Screen? Why does every room have to have a random picture that takes up half the screen? Why not fill the screen with devices so I don’t have to scroll through all of them to find one. It’s a great app and worth the investment in devices, but make these random photos optional.

Works great!
Installed this a couple of months ago. It has been working just fine. We lose power on sort of a regular basis, so this doorbell cam loses the WiFi connection, but once the power is back on, just wait a while and the cam reconnects. Nice picture too!
Love these outlet timers!
This has been a game changer for us. We aren’t extremely tech savvy, so these Energizer outlet timers were perfect. They are easy to use/set and give us a peace of mind when we (in the past) wouldn’t get home in time to turn on lights before dark. We have two sets of these and use them throughout the house. We are buying more for Christmas gifts.

Doorbell cam
Good video but far as audio wise it has horrible lag. When trying to answer the door I can’t hear the person talking and when trying to talk it takes so long to relay idk if it’s the app itself or what but definitely needs to be fixed
Energizer Doorbell Camera
This was a great investment! Easy to follow instructions made the installation a breeze. I put the largest micro SD stick that will work with it, the app works great, too. I was 70 miles away and spoke to the UPS driver, and he heard me.
Not pairing
I am not even able to pair the doorbell to the app! I connect the doorbell to power source as indicated in manual. Light on doorbell blinks red to pair but then I go into the app and the app doesn’t even look like the one in the manual and the option to connect doorbell doesn’t appear. I have an iPhone 6s Plus and my internet connection is both 2.4 and 5 ghz.

Hi! Since our latest update, we simplified the Add Device screen to only four categories of products. To add your Video Doorbell Camera, just select Camera from the options and follow the on screen instructions. Please make sure to only be on your 2.4GHz network when pairing your device. Awful since app update
Was working really well until a recent app update. Now the app says that that my doorbell is offline and the indicator light on the doorbell indicates that. So I can’t use it at all. Tried to follow instructions online about deleting the device from the app. And now I can’t even add it back to the app. Customer service has been useless is helping as well.
