App works fine
Poor integrated features
Response from developer
Hi! We apologize for this inconvenience and are sorry if we didn't respond right away due to COVID-19. We are continuously working on improving the features and functions of our products and regret that the current app update caused issues for some of our users. We are working on updating the Smart Scenes function to have more options available for our users. Currently, only our new stationary, wired cameras will work with multi camera viewing, but we are working on rolling this out to more of our cameras. We are also actively working on fixes to help with connection and encryption issues and would like for you to email us at support@energizerconnect.com in order to provide us some additional information. We will respond in a timely manner.

Doorbell camera
5 minute install, economical, no fees
Purchased at local Home Improvement Store, very affordable.
WiFi set/up for local door bell easy.
I-phone app set-up easy.
I get motion alerts while at work when various delivery drivers come and go.
I have not yet had the need or tried audio interaction.
I did need to relocate the Flag on the front porch as we live in a windy area, and got too many notices blowing up my phone on windy days.
not sure
Junk
So the developer suggest refreshing the router or unplugging the camera or a couple of other things. So if I understand correctly, when Iโm out and my house alarm goes off I check my camera and canโt connect. So I run home reset my router and unplug my camera then I can see if someone is in my house. I have other IP cameras, you know how many need ANY attention in order to work? None. I just thought Iโd try the energizer and it wonโt happen again. Thatโs a foolish solution for a product that doesnโt function properly.
Response from developer
Hi! We are sorry you are having this issue. With everyone home and staying safe, there has been some stress on internet traffic. Try refreshing your router by unplugging the router from power and plugging it back in. This will help to clear its cache and reestablish a strong connection. You can also unplug the camera itself from power and plug it back in to help it reconnect to your WIFi. Take a look at our Connection FAQs, on our website at www.energizerconnect.com/connection-issues . Another thing that may help is creating a separate, dedicated network, just for your smart devices. This can help secure and stabilize connection, as well as devoting bandwidth to your camera.
