Technical difficulties

I have been trying to log in for more than a month and this message comes out

Customer service

Most unresponsive customer service I’ve ever seen! I’m sitting here deathly Ill unable to get my doctors note. I have nothing else to say other then what gives you the human decency to not care at all. If your system is down you might have well cost me my job. Could have just let me know not to have wasted my time. I know your phones are not down and you can apparently ignore me. I’m so sorry you have the privilege to do that.

Registration is broken

After entering info and pressing “Proceed” screen goes black seemingly forever. Tried twice and gave up with the app.

Rediculous 1 year to get an appointment.

Error

Can’t even create an account, keeps saying internal server error…

Internal server error

I can’t log into Teladoc from this app because it keeps coming up with Internal server error. I’m supposed to get free Teladoc consultations but had to pay because I couldn’t access it from here and had to do it from their app.

Excellent customer service and health care

I had trouble logging on to Teladoc, so I called the 855 number on the back of my card. The man assisting me was professional, friendly, as well as helpful. There was a survey/review of his service after my call with him, but the survey wasn’t working correctly. I wanted to give him a good review.
The doctor was professional, personable, and knowledgeable about my illness. I appreciate this service, because when you’re sick, it is not always possible to leave home.

Has not been working since day 1

I have tried multiple times to request a consult and it just keeps telling me online registration is not available at this time. Whole thing is useless.

Went to the site for Pet Rx. Can get it anywhere for less than the 25% discounted price!!
