This app is perfect except when it’s not. Every time I’m highlighting on my iPad with the Apple Pencil, it glitches and freezes for a solid 30 seconds before unfreezing, then repeats freezing. I can’t even highlight my class notes properly - PLEASE FIX THIS!!!

Thanks for your feedback.I contacted lumin months ago to cancel my subscription and instead of cancelling it they send me an email asking about it and continue to charge me without my realizing. I want my money back. I made my account to look at a pdf my sister sent me and forgot about it, then I find out they’ve charged me 270 dollars over 2 years for a service I do not use. They profit off hoping you won’t realize they’re taking your money

Also the process to unsubscribe was extremely difficult as well and I think they do this on purpose so they keep making money off you.

Thanks again.Honestly this app is amazing when you use it on a laptop or computer, everything is working perfectly fine until you use it on a mobile device. There are tons of options to edit with and I like that very much but I’m trying to access one of my files on my mobile device, but every time I click into it, the app kicks me out. It’s really frustrating, at first I thought I was just my devices problem but after refreshing it for like the hundredth time, it still kicks me out.
I checked in with one of my friends and it’s doing the same thing for her. I highly recommend this if you are using it on a laptop or computer but not if it’s on a mobile device. I hope the developers fix this problem because I’m really looking forward to use this in the future, if not I don’t think I can use the app again.

Serves its purpose for a bit, then next thing you know bits and pieces of your work are missing from the pdf and you have to rewrite them all over again. Don’t even get me started on the app! It’s hardly functional and I can’t even open it without being kicked out mere seconds later. I was looking forward to using this as an alternative to Google docs, and was excited to add work to my files without the hassle of shifting words and lines, but this is even worse than any other writing source I’ve used! Please seek improvement. This is extremely dissapointing.

I started off using the app perfectly fine. Everything worked, few glitches here and there nothing to major. Until I was in the middle of Drivers Ed classes (final day pretty much so i already had a lot on the file i needed) and the app just stopped working. Could no longer see my study guide, the app would freeze and completely lock my screen. It deleted almost all of my work and i can still not recover any info i had written before. Worst time for it to have happened. Not trustworthy at all. I have a ton of missing info that I can not get back. Doing it through and browser and app has done absolutely nothing, I end up with the same results.
