The app keeps shutting off now that I have updated it.
Network wants to block access
I like the functionality of the device and app however my router (provider is Xfinity) daily tells me that the Ibi software is malware. I don’t know what to do as I’ve updated the Ibi software and have done everything suggested to fix the problem.
Duplicate photos can’t be stopped
Takes up storage space and time consuming trying to delete the dupes

This is a bad app. You can’t add any of your photos on unless you want to make an album if you want to simply just upload your pictures to the Ibi you can’t it won’t let you then it’ll tell you it’s off-line I was also threatened for it to be disabled because I don’t keep it plugged in all the time .they have all the power to do whatever they want with your pictures they want to invite more people to do what they want with their pictures it’s a waste of time all this is is a scan disk and a big box waste of money

Terrible!!
My wifi password changed and there’s no way to update the password, so I lost all my photos!! This product is awful. Don’t take a chance and lose your photos! I would stay far away from this product! So disappointed
Infuriated
Everything sets up fine, apparently the “add” button is too far up the screen to actually select in iPhone 12. Cannot add any photos from my phone, which makes the device basically useless.
Can app be fixed for iPhone 12 mini
App is cool but seems not designed for iPhone 12 mini. It’s frustrating the top click does it works sometimes seems it’s needs to be adjusted for screen with smaller resolution
Will not work on my iPad
Red circle keeps spinning-- support not that good---keeps wanting me to do the job that they should do by having me return the item so they can figure it out
