Horrible not able to reset password. They send me all types of emails but not able to send me the email to reset my password been trying to have this resolved for over 3 months and no one can help!
Junk
The app is junk. Keep trying to open the app for a few days now. When I click on the icon it will open as far as the logo page then flash off. Also, there is not an app for Notebook pro.
Excellent addition
As someone who loves technology I’ve found the Ibi is a great addition. Easy to set up, easy to share photos and it also is a great peace of mind knowing all my photos are safe. Great for even those who are not as tech savvy as some.

Terrible Menu Format
I’m sure there’s someone out there whom can make this App more difficult to use. Maybe I’m a Beta Tester? Pictures could be set by date, but alas No, so I have to break them out? Now I have download App Update 4.8 and the program only stays open for 10 Seconds.
Finally...photos are organized together
I am still learning the ins and outs of my new ibi. I am really thrilled to finally back up and organize tens of thousands of photos taken over decades, and stored on every device ever made. It seems to be working well. I like the small attractive device, and I learn something new each time. I would buy this again.

Good
Works seamlessly. However it’s not smart enough to delete duplicate photos. Please update the software. Its irritating storing duplicate photo's. Definitely some room for improvement.
Set up is NOT good
Huge pain in the neck. None of the steps they attempt to guide me through work. Sending it back!
