Poor customer service
I tried this company for the first time and downloaded the app expecting to go back often. The barcode on my receipt would not scan and I attempted to enter the numbers as well. I Was never able to get credit for my initial visit. I contacted them 4 times asking for assistance and still not a response to my concern.Show lessfijhfghkkjf
Terrible
Nowhere to go for an issue with my order, didn’t ask for any feedback of my delivery experience after ordering in the app. I contacted on the website & no one ever got back to me. Door dash service is very bad because they require you to tip beforehand & can see the amount. I tip cash depending on the service. Delivery driver walked away and ignored me when I was calling them about missing items from my order even when I ran outside in my bare feet. Never againShow lesschihuahuaownerlove
No noodles
Pinellas Park store would not allow to order noodles through the app. They had them in the store. Not sure why? The bowls are fantastic!!!Northville50

Absolutely love their food. My favorite is the spicy chicken 🔥🔥🔥. Must try and I promise you will be back for more so might as well download their app to earn points. 🙌🏼Rockalleta

Never works
The food is great but i can never get the app to actually work and order ahead. Always tells me it cant be done or that i need to sign up/log in to place an order when in fact i already am signed up and logged in.TrooperPenguin

First time to eat in this place, me and my hubby was so satisfied with the food and services that the crew gave to us. We will surely go back again and again now that its just 4 mins away from our house🥰🥰Christy ( krissy)
Customer service is lacking
I’ve reached out twice about an order that was paid for but never delivered or a location was closed but the app still allowed for the purchase. FAQ is an email that responds in molasses time. I’m basically waiting to dispute with my bank because for some reason teriyaki madness is too busy to help.Show lessJigglySnuff4

Still does not work
