Doesn’t take Apple Pay

Missing modern features
This app could be great, but it’s missing the sign in with Apple feature, you can only use Facebook or email. Facebook didn’t work, and the process of creating an account was slow and tedious.
It also doesn’t have Apple Pay. I think it would be easier to use Safari because at least that can have your credit card info built in already. You do have the option to save your credit card in the app for subsequent purchases, but because they aren’t supporting other new features I have my doubts about their security.Show lessflyingcheesehead
No Apple Pay Support & In-App Rewards not working!
I am having issues with claiming my in-app rewards... it says I can’t claim my earned points. So much for spending all that money for nothing... Also... it’s nearing the end of 2020 and this app doesn’t even support Apple Pay for customer convenience. Slow support help as well... I reached out to the company and no one returned my inquiries. Horrible sign up
Took so long to sign up that I gave up and just called the local store. The regular website ordering was even worse.AdRoq19
Clunky
I had multiple problems using app. Card reader didn’t work, next page buttons weren’t always always avaialable and worst of all, you have to pay full price and hope they will give you credit on pickup. Of course I was bounced on a technically so tough cookies on bogo ‘offer’. Very customer unfriendly. Doesn’t have to be that way. Bye!Show lessBurt68
ZERO stars—terrible app—don’t bother
I signed up when they rolled things out years ago in 2016. Always had issues with it accepting my password, despite it being correct after changing it. Fast forward to January 2020, same issues. #failVegasJavaKnight
Useless
I got this app after seeing a Teriyaki Madness open up in my hometown recently and since I tried them in Vegas I thought I could get the app, but the location near where I live doesn’t appear and I am not going to drive 200 hundred miles to the next one.

Rewards don’t work
I bit on the download the app and sign up get a free bowl. NOPE that didn’t happen, since I’ve bought several bowls, and says I still have ZERO rewards. Just use the app to order your food slower than calling it in. Gave 2 stars for the fact that it saves your card info for fast processing my unrewarding food.Show lessPoohpoohonmyshoeshoe
Won’t scan my receipt
Downloaded the app and have eaten there now three times. Try to scan the receipt and manually plug in the barcode number and get an error. So now I am collecting a useless stack of receipts?!Supermom4eva14
