It used to work
I used to be able to check / feed my cat while away from home WIFI, and now is no longer an option. Not sure what happened but without this option is useless.Jorgelm7

.. I have not been able to access the camera unless I am connected to a home wifi. The entire purpose of me getting this was to be able to check up on my dog while out and about or on trips.Mansndndn
App No Longer Works Properly
This used to be a great feeder. However over the years, it appears they have stopped supporting the app properly. There are ALWAYS connection issues (and no, I don't have WIFI issues). It can't be trusted so it has become worthless. They ruined their own great product with the app.cmrase

No longer able toConnect it to WiFi.
Worked great for 3 years but recently changed internet providers and unable to connect to WiFi now. Followed steps provided on line but it keeps saying to follow steps in setup instructions to connect to WiFi. Not sure what the glitch is. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling app and rebooting WiFi. I’m unable to find a phone number or email address to get support.Show lessK resolution

Feeding schedule disappeared
I have been pleased with this feeder since I began using it one month ago. However, I woke up to my cat crying for food this morning. The app notifications did not show any feedings for this morning and her feeding schedule was gone! Why would her schedule disappear? I am not as confident in this feeder as I was prior to the schedule disappearing.
I gave this 4 stars because I have been extremely pleased so far but if the feeding schedule disappears again my rating will go down significantly.Show lessVacation girl101
Camera Issues.
Loved the app and the functionality of the feeder, however for the past... idk how many months... I have not been able to access the camera unless I am connected to a home wifi. The app is awful. I can’t find any support line for it. I need to change the password but there is literally nowhere to do it. I have a perfectly good feeder but can’t use it because I can’t reset the password. This app is flawed af.RenLTDon
