I like it. The neighborhood raccoons beat the heck out of my Pet Feeder but they cannot get into it no matter how hard they try. I needed a friend to do the set up and then explain it to me. Im glad that I have this feederRandys cinamajik
PLEASE BRING BACK NOTIFICATIONS
Everything was working great for me but after the last update the notifications stopped working, that was really useful and a key part of this feeder’s feature, please fix itxGurbyx

Cannot connect yo Alexa
It will not connect to Alexa skills, as there is no “Pet Partner” skill in the skills store. It does connect to my phone and I had to set up a guest network in order to connect to the internet.foggy_idea
Awful
The feeder itself is great but the app and how you have to connect to total junk. It takes control of your mobile device and it should not it disconnects you from your own WiFi and you have to keep putting in the password. If they would add pws to connect to WiFi it might be great but otherwise it is junk especially if the electricity flickers or goes out for any length of time.Show lesskjohnson2866rr
Need some work
I have had no issues with WiFi connections, remote operation and camera viewings.
However the important function of notifications is no longer working with the latest update.
If that was fixed this would be great feeder.Seanyfly
Does not work when not connected to home WiFi
Product and app is utterly useless because it doesn’t work unless your phone is connected to your home WiFi.meg5319

Not connecting — again
Again the app doesn’t connect to the feeder, out of the blue. This is not the first time. Not to mention, the timestamp of the camera feed has been stuck on 10/8/2019, and today is 10/21. Too many bugs with this app, which renders the feeder useless.golfvic
Buggy App
Device is very nice but app needs a lot of touch ups. Notifications are not working properly. Snapshot, Record and SD Card screen is totally buggy; date selection, name of the records, rewind/forward needs to be fixed.
