Still cannot connect! Please fix

I just want to know if the scheduled feeding is still working when the app says the feeder is offline. I don’t have batteries in the feeder. I’m less concerned with the functionality of the app and mostly worried my pet is going hungry!!!The Only Cricket

UPDATE: New version fixed connection bug
Like others, I was experiencing issues accessing the feeder on a cellular or non-home WiFi connection. The new update posted today (v1.8) seems to fix this. To get it working, I removed the feeder from the app and added it back, treating it as a brand new feeder without a WiFi connection (“Add a new feeder”). After working through setup, it works as intended!Show lessJd 🤷🏽♂️

App useless unless on same WiFi as feeder
This app no longer works. Always says feeder is offline when I am not on the same WiFi network as the feeder. Husband is at the location of the feeder and it indicates that it is connected to the WiFi but my app says not connected. I turned off the automatic dispensing while I was at the feeder location and now I am unable to schedule any automatic feeding or even dispense manually. I just did the update that was supposed to fix this bug but, it still does not work. Junk!!Show less13dleep
Alexa Skill Not Working
The skill always worked. Recently it stopped working. Trying to re-enable the skill generates this error: Server Error in '/P2PWebAPI' Application. Sadly there is no way to contact the developers directly to report. I am really disappointed! For weeks the app also had trouble connecting to the feeder...Show lessAdriaanr_vj

Right now the app doesn’t work if I’m not on the same WiFi as the feeders! Please update ASAP as this defeats the entire purpose of this feeder.k12291229
