Like many reviews on here, I can only view the feed and app if connected to my WiFi. This completely defeats the purpose of having the app and now wish I would have bought something different. All in all, the feeder is great, but the app/ connection is crap.JRE4$4$11
Was fine until it wasn’t
The feeder worked great for a few weeks then it just went offline one day. Since then, I can’t feed my cats from the app unless I’m at home & connected to the WiFi which defeats the whole purpose of having this feeder. Hoping for a fix soon.scalderonso
Used to work until recently
This used to work perfectly until about a week ago. Now, you HAVE to be on the same wifi network in order to use it. Which defeats the entire purpose for the feeder. I truly hope that they will fix this in the next update. I really love this app but I need to give it 1 star for now until they fix it.Show lesshookedtrombehind
App needs update
The app worked fine for 2 weeks now it isn’t connecting to the feeder if I’m not on the same WiFi which means at home so it is useless as I need to be able to connect when I’m not at home to make sure my cats are feed. Please update the app and fix the bugs.JuliDiaz

App only works on same WiFi network
The app only connects to the pet feeder when both are on the same WiFi network. If my phone is using data while trying to connect to the feeder for video or manual feeding, the feeder will show up as offline. However, if they are both connected to the same WiFi network, the app connects successfully to the feeder. This completely defeats the whole purpose of making an app controlled pet feeder, as I am unable to control the feeder when I’m not home. Please fix this issue!Show lessxiaobaitang
Doesn’t consistently connect
Feeder is close to router and app worked for a week but now will not consistently connect to the feeder. Please fix the app so I don’t worried that my cat hasn’t been feed!LP2022
