Needs an update
The app is hit or miss. Sometimes it works away from home, sometimes it doesn’t. Really frustrating. However, it always feeds my cat on time even if I’m not home. I bought this for an upcoming trip when I will have to leave her home alone, and I wish I would know for sure whether or not I will be able to monitor her at all. Also, I’ve had this feeder for about a month, and the app used to notify me when my cat had been given food, but it no longer does that. Disappointing.Show lessskittlez😝
Where’s the support?
Bought this feeder. Although a little temperamental we were able to use it through mobile networks. It stopped working on August 28th remotely. The feeder only works on our home WiFi. I was wondering if Google Play Services updated (I looked and saw Google updated on August 28) and the app stopped working as a result. I sent an email to the manufacturer on the 30th and have heard nothing. Extremely disappointed with this product.Show lessHungry Clauvia

Same connection issue
I’m having the same issues as other users. The feeder will no longer even connect to the network! At first it started being unresponsive when I was away from the home wifi. Now it fails to connect every single time. What a waste of money.thefloridawoman
Used to work until recently
This app has been great as I travel a lot for work. Starting yesterday my app won’t connect to my feeder unless I’m in the house. I came home yesterday and my cat had not been fed all day. The whole purpose of having this is the security knowing your cat is being fed when you’re gone. I wish I never bought this trash.Show lessAC124129
Frustrating
I bought my feeder 2 months ago and it worked great! Now all of a sudden the app doesn’t want to connect with the feeder if I’m not on the same network. Which is pointless since I bought this product wanting to use all the features without the shared network. Fix this problem!Anderson2700
App won't work away from home!
The app and feeder have great features but the app won't connect to use the features when I am away from home. I've ensuredy data can be used for it but it doesn't work! This means I won't be able to use any of the features when away from home!!!

Rarely connects and let’s me use camera when connected to WiFi and doesn’t work at all when I’m out of the house a complete waste of money also no support from the company on getting a replacement or refundStupidkid93
