My favorite fitness app!
I’ve been using the Emily Skye Fit app for almost 5 years now. It’s continued to get better and better. I love that there are both at-home and in-gym workout options. I always have a clear plan, which helps me be focused and efficient in the gym. I’ve lost 25 lbs and gained so much strength with the help of this program! Note: I don’t follow the meal plan, I work with a separate coach for nutrition.

Great fitness app!
Love this app, it has workouts for all levels, and you can adjust based on your own progress! My only gripe is that I wish you could turn off the apps background music whilst leaving on her voice coaching/the timer noise. It’s all one button so if you turn off her music you turn off everything. It’s a little annoying having both my music and the apps going at the same time. Otherwise no complaints! Worth the money 👌🏼

My Favorite Way to Workout!
I love Emily and her workout program!! She is not annoying, the workouts are laid out with what set/round you are on, and she works your whole body! I can’t wait to try her maternity/postpartum programs!
Excellent!
I have never had any issue with this app, I workout every day and airplay the content to my tv. High intensity, low intensity and modifiers for difficult moves are excellent if you are a beginner or advanced. Recipes and meditation are included too!
Goal reaching Program!
I have been with Emily Skye for years! I started as the Facebook mini workouts to buying her old phase program, completed that and now have been with this new improved program for the second year and going!! Best program EVER! I have tried so many previous to this one and ESF has stuck with me! 👌
Amazing!
I love following along to the app. The meal plans help give me routine and structure.
All I would want to change is have to option to play guided workout audio or to have it turned off. When I play my music I can’t hear the beep to stop and start. And in gym mode I would like to also have the guided audio.
But with that being said, I love the app and highly recommend it

My favorite app
I found the Emily Skye program while I was pregnant and did the pregnancy program throughout my pregnancy and had an awesome, natural birth at home! (I think staying active with the program made a huge impact on my ability to do that) I did the whole post part I’m program after and have been doing the dailies ever since. I love the versatility of being able to have curated workouts at home or in the gym, it’s so nice to be able to just hit start and go without having to think about what I’m going to do and plan a whole workout on my own. 10/10 would (and do) recommend this app to anyone!

Love Emily work outs
I’ve only been doing the workouts for about a week and they always leave me with a pleasant burn in my muscles the next day. I do feel stronger and I love Emily. The only reason I gave 4/5 stars is a technical issue. You can’t chrome cast to TV from iPhone and I don’t want to haul my laptop every time i work out. Many other work out apps be used have option to cast. It’s not a deal breaker but it does mean I have to spend a bit more money to get videos from my phone to TV.

Over 40 looking to tone
Love love love this program!! I am 43 years old and always considered myself to be in pretty good shape, spending most of my life doing cardio. I decided to give this workout a chance, looking to add more strength training to my workout. I am SO glad I did! I just finished my third week and can see the gains already! Try it! You won’t be disappointed!

Love the app but...
I love this but would really need some different workout. I’ve been using this app over a year now and it gets very repetitive to do the same workouts. Sometimes I feel burned out from working out but I’m very motivated. I even know the workout songs by heart because I do it all the time. So maybe some other type or training would be nice too. I want to learn more about cardio training and more about intense aerobics as well as strenght training. What ever be creative and find other ways to be active 😊. Otherwise great job Emily you’re great. Thank you.
